Depending on the type of preparation, the nutritional values per serving may vary.
Take 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water in a saucepan. Bring the diluted milk to the boil and then cool it to about 50°C.
In the meantime, take 3 – 4 tablespoons of rice cereal powder in a cereal bowl.
Mix the powder with the cooled milk-water mixture to a lump-free porridge.
Let the porridge rest for a few minutes and cool down to a comfortable temperature (please be sure to check), you can feed your baby.
