This is a delicious dry breakfast mix made from carefully selected grains. Flakes mixed with milk become easy to chew. The ingredients come from certified biodynamic farms and ensure a unique taste experience. The whole family will love this great cereal. No added sugar.

Ingredients: oat flakes* 30%, corn flakes* 25%, spelled porridge* 20%, spelled flakes* 15%, three fruit flakes** (wheat flour**, date juice concentrate**, apple juice concentrate**, banana puree**) 10%, thiamine (according to EU requirements).

100 g contains: 1524 kJ / 361 kcal, fat 3.8 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.7 g, carbohydrates 66.9 g, of which naturally occurring sugar 5.9 g, fiber 7.9 g, protein 10.9 g, salt 0.016 g, vitamin B1 3 mg. 1 portion (1 package contains 10 such portions) with whole milk contains: energy value 649 kJ / 154 kcal, fat 4.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids 2.4 g, carbohydrates 21.0 g, of which sugar 6.2 g, fiber 2.0 g, protein 6.0 g, salt 0.120 g, vitamin B1 0.80 mg.

Preparation: you can prepare it in many different ways: as a milk porridge, boiled with water or mixed with a milk mixture. We recommend preparing a milk mixture and mixing it with whole grain porridge.

Important tips: when preparing the porridge, follow the preparation instructions – this will ensure the correct nutritional value for your baby. Improper preparation can cause health problems. Always prepare fresh porridge and do not feed it from leftovers. Do not heat baby food in the microwave (risk of overheating). Take care of your baby’s oral hygiene right from the first tooth.
Methods of preparing porridge:

With infant formula: prepare 170 ml of infant formula according to the instructions and pour it into a bowl. Mix 18 g of porridge into it (3-4 tbsp.). Allow to swell and cool to 98°F.

Semi-dairy porridge: boil 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water and cool to 122°F. Pour the liquid into a bowl and stir in 25 g of porridge (5 tbsp). Allow to swell and cool to 98°F.

Porridge with mother’s milk: mix 25 g of oat porridge (5 tbsp.) into 130 ml of warm mother’s milk. To preserve the nutrients in breast milk, do not heat it above 104°F.

Porridge without milk: boil 200 ml of water and cool to 122°F. Pour the liquid into a bowl and mix in 25 g of porridge (5 tablespoons) and 1 tsp. sh. Holle oil for babies. Allow to swell and cool to 98°F.

Porridge without milk, with vegetables or fruits: mix 20 g of porridge (4 tbsp.) with 100 g of fruit puree (from a jar or freshly mashed) and 1 tsp. sh. Holle oil for babies. Add water (boiled and cooled to 122°F) as needed. If you are preparing vegetable porridge, mix in 160 g of mashed vegetables and 2 tsp. sh. oil for babies.

Milk porridge from 6 months. age: boil 150 ml of water and cool to 122°F. First mix 5 teaspoons of Holle milk mixture no. 2 from 6 months age, and then mix in 18 g of porridge (3-4 tbsp.). From 10 months you can prepare porridge with milk mixture no. 3.

1 tbsp. sh. = 5 g of porridge.
1 teaspoon sh. Holle oil for babies = 4 g.
