Step 1:
Sanitize bottles, nipples and rings in boiling water for 3 minutes before each use.
Step 2:
Bring water to a boil and cool to approximately 120°F. Fill the bottle halfway with water.
Step 3:
For an accurate measurement, fill a measuring spoon with water and level it with a knife. add powdered milk
