A food product for special medical purposes. For babies allergic to cow’s milk proteins. From birth. Highly hydrolyzed cow’s milk proteins.
Together with our dedicated team of over 500 scientists and experts, we have 40 years of clinical research experience and over 120 years of experience in infant and toddler nutrition. Research has allowed us to develop Aptamil® Pepti SYNEO™. It is the only milk formula that combines the SYNEO™ complex and highly hydrolyzed proteins exclusively for the nutritional regulation of cow’s milk protein allergy in infants from birth.
Allergy is an over-reaction of the immune system to substances in food or the environment. Cow’s milk allergy is one of the most common allergies in babies and involves an immune reaction to a protein in milk.
Aptamil® Pepti SYNEO™ contains SYNEO™, a patented, clinically proven complex that includes:
- GOS/FOS – a compound of patented galactooligosaccharides and fructooligosaccharides – food for the good bacteria in the intestines of babies.
- Bifidobacterium breve is a bacterium that is naturally found in the intestines of breastfed babies 1,2 .
