Holle biodynamic multi-grain dry breakfast with corn flakes is suitable for babies from 10 months of age. This is a delicious dry breakfast mix made from carefully selected grains. Ingredients: oat flakes* 55%, corn flakes* 25%, spelled porridge* 20%, thiamin (according to EU requirements).

Nutritional value (100 g) – 1514 kJ/359 kcal: fat 4.8 g (of which saturated fatty acids 0.9 g), carbohydrates 63.2 g (of which sugar 0.9 g), fiber 9.2 g, protein 11.2 g, salt 0.007 g, vitamin B1 3 mg.

Preparation: you can prepare it in many different ways, the flakes do not need to be boiled. You can prepare it as a milk porridge with infant formula or whole milk. You can prepare it with water or mix it with fruit.

Preparation with whole milk: pour 100 ml of whole milk into a bowl and stir in 25 g of cereal (5 tbsp). Allow to swell and cool to 98°F.
