Preparation: fill 1 bag with 200 ml of boiling drinking water, keep for 3-5 minutes. The tea is delicious and cold. During breastfeeding, it is recommended to drink 3-4 cups a day. It can also be used at the end of pregnancy. Store at room temperature in a dry place.
